General Conduct

Respect and Integrity: Students are expected to treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect and integrity at all times. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are crucial. Students must attend all scheduled classes and arrive on time. Absences must be reported to the administration in advance, and valid documentation must be provided for excused absences.

Dress Code: Students should adhere to the college dress code, which promotes a respectful and professional learning environment. Inappropriate attire, as determined by the administration, is prohibited.
Academic Policies

Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, and any form of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited. Students must complete their work honestly and submit assignments that reflect their own understanding and efforts.

Homework and Assignments: All assignments must be submitted by the specified deadlines. Late submissions may result in grade penalties unless prior arrangements have been made with the instructor.

Examinations: Students must be present for all scheduled examinations. In the event of a legitimate emergency, students must notify the administration as soon as possible to arrange for a makeup exam.
Campus Safety

ID Badges: All students must wear their college ID badges at all times while on campus. This ensures that only authorized individuals are present on college grounds.

Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the college’s emergency procedures, including evacuation routes and safety protocols. In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of faculty and staff promptly.

Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and any items that may pose a threat to the safety of others are strictly forbidden on campus.
Use of College Facilities

Library and Study Areas: Maintain a quiet environment in the library and designated study areas. Respect the shared resources and return all borrowed materials on time.

Laboratories and Equipment: Follow all safety guidelines and instructions when using college laboratories and equipment. Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the faculty immediately.

Cleanliness: Keep the campus clean by disposing of trash properly and maintaining tidy personal spaces. Food and drinks are not allowed in classrooms, laboratories, and the library.
Technology and Internet Use

Responsible Use: Use college computers, networks, and internet access responsibly. Activities that are illegal or disrupt the college network are strictly prohibited.

Digital Citizenship: Practice good digital citizenship by respecting others online and avoiding inappropriate content. Cyberbullying and online harassment will result in disciplinary action.

Privacy: Protect your personal information and respect the privacy of others. Do not share or misuse others' personal data.
Disciplinary Actions
Violations of these rules and policies may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to warnings, probation, suspension, or expulsion. The severity of the action will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation.
Appeals
Students have the right to appeal disciplinary decisions. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the administration within five business days of the decision. The administration will review the appeal and make a final decision.
