My vision is to shape our students our students at Universal College, Iglas with dynamic learning system to impart quality education to the children of Iglas. To create empowered individuals with highly trained staff and Principal to prepare 21st century citizens with an international perspective. I am first a mother, a wife and a sister and later the Chairperson. So, my vision is the create empowered students, in a Global arena with the best possible infrastructure and well-equipped Labs, Library, Smart classrooms and the best & safest Transportation with all modern aids. At Universal college my focus is on creating a learning environment that enables and inculcate students to learn by doing. I am a firm believer that good education is one which nurture and prepares children to face challenges of life boldly and become righteous good human beings.

In the dawning of an era Where parenting is merely an extension of submission to a demand, you might believe that makes the little one happy. By that, you believe to conceal your own guilt of compensation with money for time. Parenting is not merely supporting the growth of a child nut to have active participation in the growth. There is no way we can prepare tomorrow to suit our kids’ requirements, but we can surely modify our kids today, to prepare them for their tomorrow. Here it is what, if you teach your child once, it will remain as a legacy with them and beyond. Universal College, Iglas continues to uphold traditional values while adopting infrastructure and Pedagogies. Student having diverse backgrounds, carrying unique streaks of values, traditions and cultures enter the portals of a learning community. Unrelenting effort goes in mentoring and metamorphosing the uncut diamonds into school gems. Education is not learning by rote and then repeating it in the examination. Our approach is student-centered and goes beyond text books, class-room and boundaries. Students develop practical skills, enabling them to apply their learning to unfamiliar situations and think critically about different issues. The Institution nourishes nurtures and binds our families by the tenacious threads of values and ethos. Our designated goal of stretching the mind beyond the obvious has found an encouraging start od these years.
